To ensure the highest level of safety and individualized attention, we specialize in a small-group setting. We typically limit our guest count to two dogs at a time.
Extended Care
0 – 2 Hours: Complimentary (Our 2-hour grace period).
2 – 8 Hours: Half-Day Fee applies (50% of nightly rate).
8+ Hours: Full-Day Fee applies (100% of nightly rate).

Payment Policy: Bookings are officially reserved once payment is received. We use Venmo Business, which provides purchase protection for our clients.

Standard Supervision: I maintain a full-time presence at home. Standard care assumes your pet is comfortable being left for brief periods (up to 4 hours) for errands.
Constant Care (24/7): If your dog requires 100% uninterrupted supervision due to separation anxiety, medical needs, or age, please book under our Constant Care rate ($70 per night).
Residential Conduct: Since we live in a peaceful townhome community, we cannot host dogs with persistent, non-stop barking or destructive house behaviors.
Honesty Policy: Owners must disclose any history of resource guarding, prey drive, or aggression toward people or other animals.
Before a first-time booking is finalized, we require a brief, 20-minute "Meet & Greet" at a neutral nearby location or our home. This ensures that your dog is a good fit for our home environment and that they feel comfortable with us before their stay begins.
While we prioritize safety above all else, we are prepared for the unexpected. In the event of a medical emergency, we will attempt to contact you and your emergency contact immediately. If we cannot reach you, we are authorized to seek care at the nearest 24-hour emergency veterinarian. All veterinary costs incurred are the responsibility of the owner.
