Hi! I’m Diana. I’m a Functional Strength and Wellness Specialist and I can help you build a strong body through strength training and gut healthiness.
I haven’t always been here however. I came to this work through years of frustration — living with digestive discomfort, low energy, and the feeling that my body was working against me. What changed everything was learning to trust my body, make food choices that supported me, and celebrate small wins that built real, lasting change. Movement became part of that healing, too. What started with kickboxing classes grew into lifting at home, and ultimately building a deep love for strength. Over time, exercise stopped being about appearance and became about resilience — showing up for myself, especially on the hard days.
As a middle school teacher, I knew firsthand how draining it felt to constantly pour into others while ignoring my own needs. But when I started building strength, I saw how much renewed energy I had to get through my days in the classroom. That shift sparked a dream: to help others find that same sense of strength and possibility.
Using evidence-based research we’ll use functional movement and simple, sustainable nutrition shifts, to guide you toward discovering joy in your body—and joy in movement.
Diana has such a welcoming approach to personal fitness. I worked with her after a long hiatus from exercise after having my twins. She was thoughtful in her approach and asked questions that both validated the changes I’ve experienced and made me genuinely excited to think about my own fitness again. Diana gave me clear and achievable goals, and coached me through how to do movements in the most effective way. She did all of this in a way that felt fun and free of judgement.
