Diamond Period Tracker app (hereinafter referred to as "Application") for mobile devices, which was developed by Elvin Tansu Dogan (hereinafter referred to as "Service Provider") as a Freemium service. This service is provided "AS IS"

The Application is designed to prioritize user privacy. There is no registration or login required to use the Application. The Service Provider does not collect personal identity information such as your name, email address, or phone number. All health-related data you enter (period dates, symptoms, moods) is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to the Service Provider’s servers.

The Application may collect certain non-personal information automatically to ensure technical functionality, including the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device's unique device ID, and your mobile operating system. This data is used solely for technical performance and app stability.

3. Does the Application collect precise real-time location information?

No. This Application does not gather any information about the precise location of your mobile device.

4. Does the Application use Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies?

The Application does not use Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to process your personal health data.

5. Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the Application?

No. The Service Provider does not sell, trade, or share your personal or health data with third parties. Since all data is stored locally on your device, the Service Provider has no access to your personal cycle logs or symptoms.

6. Data Retention Policy

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have full control over your information. You can delete your data at any time by clearing the Application's cache or by uninstalling the Application.

7. Children's Privacy

The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. We encourage parents to monitor their children’s mobile usage.

8. Security

We value your trust. Since the Application does not require an account or login, the security of your data is entirely dependent on your mobile device’s own security. We recommend using your phone's built-in screen lock features to prevent unauthorized access to your device and your data.
