To redeem your printed ticket, go to the nearest SM Tickets outlet and present the following:

11) Are there age restrictions?
Yes, to ensure safety, the VIP Standing Area will only be open to patron 13 years old and above. Minors 13 to 17 years old must be accompanied by a ticket bearing guardian in the same section (1 minor: 1 adult)
Seated sections are open to all ages. However, minors 13 and below need to be accompanied by a guardian or parent. (Max. of 3 minors: 1 guardian)
