## 3. Permissions & On-Device Data
To provide a functional and minimalist experience, **dialed** requires certain system permissions. All data accessed via these permissions is processed locally on your device:
* **App List:** Used to display your installed applications and allow you to launch them.
* **Usage Access (Optional):** Used to calculate and display your Screen Time. This data is read from the Android system and is never uploaded or shared.
* **Accessibility Service (Optional):** Used solely to enable the "Double Tap to Lock" feature. It does not monitor or collect any of your interactions.
* **Notification Listener (Optional):** Used only if you enable the Music Widget to allow on-screen playback control.
## 4. Third-Party Services
The app itself does not use third-party services that collect data. However, since the app is distributed via the Google Play Store, Google may collect basic device information or crash logs as part of their standard platform services.
