Diabolus Host Terms of Service

This legal act is made between Diabolus Corporation the provider of services and person who create account on https://host.diabolus.in.rs/ in the other part of this act that person will be referred as "User" or "user".

I - Using our services

User is using Diabolus Corporation services since the moment they create account on https://host.diabolus.in.rs/ and they must follow this terms of services in order to keep their account and our product. If this act gets broken from user side he/she will get penalty's such as: Credit removal from their account (If they had any and if they have enough amount that is needed to cover damage's made by breaking this terms of service act), service removal from their account, service specifications reduces and account termination.

User have a right to use Diabolus Corporation Hosting services as long as they don't break this act and don't run any illegal activity's  on our servers, systems or any other part of our services. 

User is allowed to have only one account registered on https://host.diabolus.in.rs/ if he/she have more then one account every account/account's  and services on those account/account's will be deleted expect if that user have permission from Diabolus Corporation administration to have more then one account.

II - Payments

User is required to pay for using Diabolus Corporation services before a dead line or we will automatically stop providing service that user didn't payed for and delete it from our system. 

III - When will we stop providing our services

Diabolus Corporation have right to stop providing service to it's user when:

1) If user break this terms of service

2) If user stop paying for his services

3) If user use any of Diabolus Corporation services for any illegal activity

4) If user provide false information's about him when he register account

5) If Diabolus Corporation fully stop working or shutdown

6) Sabotaging servers or any part of Diabolus Corporation

If Diabolus Corporation stop providing service to user because of any of above written reasons user does not have right for refund.

IV - Refund

User can get a refund if he have any complain in the first 24 hours after purchasing. Refund will be payed the amount he payed minus taxes for sending money back (Refund's are only possible if person payed via PayPal). User is required to open ticket on https://host.diabolus.in.rs/ and request refund with full detail why he want to refund his service, after that user must wait for administration of Diabolus Corporation to approve his refund and then give administration his payment information's. If refund is approved Diabolus Corporation will stop providing and delete user service.

V - Diabolus Corporation shutdown

In case if Diabolus Corporation gets shutdown users service will be stopped and deleted or stopped and user will have a chance to download all his files from the service he had. In any of these cases user does not have a right for a refund.

VI - Hacking or leaking

If Diabolis Corporation servers gets hacked and user data got leaked Diabolis Corporation will not be held responsible for that.

VII - Credits and affiliate program

User is able to but credits on our system that he can use to buy services from Diabolus Corporation. Credits are not able to withdraw and can only be used on https://host.diabolus.in.rs/. If is a part of our affiliate program he can use his affiliate invite link to invite people to buy our services and he will be rewarded 5% of service price as the credits on https://host.diabolus.in.rs/. User can be given more then 5% for his affiliate's purchase if Diabolus Corporation administration approve that.

VIII - Terms of Service applying date and changes

This Terms of Service will start to be valid on 11.10.2025. and in case that terms of service change user will be notified via e-mail or via our Discord channels.
