The Club was established in Memory of our Beloved Father Late DINESH CHANDRA DHYANI (15-10-1953 to 17-09-2009).

This Club was first registered in the Cricket Association of Lucknow in the year 2005 under the guidance/supervision of Our Late Father Dinesh Chandra Dhyani, Senior Superintendent, Govt. Advocate Office, High Court, Lucknow.

All the club's players were employees of the Government Advocate Office, High Court, Lucknow. Our father greatly supported our team in all the aspects and we reached at the level of Pre Quarter Final of Babu Banarsi Das “C” division Tournament organized by Cricket Association of Lucknow. Since then, we played many tournaments and have won most of them.

After 2009, we converted this club into a Services plus Corporate cricket club till 2016 and post 2016 we converted our cricket club purely as Corporate Cricket club.

Post pandemic, in 2023 we restarted playing “Corporate Cricket”. Now, all our club's players are professional Corporate Cricketers. Our Club also supports different Cricket Academies and Young Emerging Cricket players.
