M.Tech project on “Undoped and Nb-doped anatase thin films: thickness induced variation in the microstructure,
electronic structure and optoelectronic properties”
Fabricated the high quality anatase thin film by using RF Magnetron Sputtering.
Characterized the material by various experimental techniques such as FESEM, XRD, AFM, XPS, PL,
UV-VIS-NIR and Hall effect measurement.
Detailed investigation on the electronic and optoelectronic properties of the material was done which showed strong
co-relationships of electronic defect states with band gap, carrier concentration, transmittance and refractive index of the film.
Final year B.Tech project on “Designing and prototyping of optimized ball-bearing.”
Optimized the elasto-hydrodynamic minimum film thickness of ball bearing.
Designed the prototype in Solidworks and performed static and dynamic load analysis
Prototyped the material by using 3D printing technique (FDM).
Internship at IIT Bhubaneswar on “Characterization of Material flow in friction-stir-welding of Al-Mg 5 wt.% cast alloy sample” (Dec’15 to Jan’16).
Designed and manufacture an All-Terrain Vehicle (ATV) for the event BAJA STUDENTS 2014, as a Member of collegiate BAJA SAE club.
