Ph.D. Positions Available – Nanomagnetic Devices for Memory and Neuromorphic Applications
We are seeking multiple Ph.D. students to work on experimental research in the area of nanomagnetic devices for non-volatile memory and neuromorphic computing. These positions are fully funded research assistantships with no TA responsibilities.
The work will involve:
Material growth and characterization
Device fabrication in a cleanroom environment
Electrical and magnetic measurements
This research area is highly valued in the semiconductor industry, and students will have opportunities to collaborate with leading universities and national laboratories.
Requirements: candidates should be curious and confident in their reasoning abilities.
Rowan University is located in New Jersey, midway between New York City and Washington, DC, and in close proximity to Philadelphia.
