If you need to output audio, please note that sound is available only through the 3.5 mm headphone jack.
Please arrive at the session room a few minutes early to check the connection.
Posters will be displayed on boards sized A0 (vertical orientation).
Please prepare your poster in A0 portrait format and mount it on the assigned board.
Materials for attaching posters (tape) will be provided at the venue.
Posters should be put up in the afternoon of the 20th, and removed by the morning of the 21st.
Poster presentations will be held in two 45-minute sessions.
Posters with odd numbers and even numbers will be presented in separate sessions.
