Information Collection and Use
Health Neo stores all your health data locally on your device. The app may collect and store:
∙ Daily water intake and hydration goals
∙ Habit names, completion history, and streaks
∙ Mood logs and notes
∙ Sleep duration and quality records
∙ Breathwork session history
∙ Menstrual cycle dates, flow intensity, symptoms, and moods
∙ Reminder preferences and notification settings
The information you provide is retained on your device and is not collected by me in any way.
The app does use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you.

How We Use Your Information
Your information is used solely to:
∙ Display your health data within the app
∙ Send local reminders and habit notifications (if enabled)
∙ Calculate trends, streaks, and analytics
∙ Show cycle predictions and phase information
∙ Personalize your app experience
Health Data
Health Neo handles sensitive health information including menstrual cycle data, mood logs, sleep records, and hydration. All health data is stored exclusively on your device using iOS secure storage (CoreData). It is never uploaded to external servers, sold, or shared with third parties.
Advertising
Health Neo displays ads via Google AdMob. AdMob may use your device’s advertising identifier (IDFA) to show personalised ads. You will be asked for your permission via Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt when you first open the app. If you decline, non-personalised ads will be shown instead. Your health data is never used for advertising purposes.
Data Storage and Security
All your data is stored locally on your device using secure iOS storage mechanisms. We do not store your data on external servers or share it with third parties.
I value your trust in providing your personal information and strive to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure and I cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Notifications
If you enable notifications, the app will send local reminders for habits, hydration, mood logging, sleep, and breathwork. These notifications are processed entirely on your device and do not transmit any data externally.
Log Data
Whenever you use my Service, in the case of an error, I may collect data and information (through third-party products) called Log Data. This may include your device’s IP address, device name, operating system version, app configuration, time and date of use, and other statistics.
Children’s Privacy
This Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. I do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information, please contact me so I can take the necessary action.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
∙ Access your data at any time within the app
∙ Delete all your data by uninstalling the app
∙ Disable notifications at any time in iOS Settings
∙ Opt out of personalised ads via the ATT prompt or iOS Settings → Privacy → Tracking
