Core Responsibilities

• Data Processing & Cleaning: Extract, sort, and "clean" raw operational data from multiple secondary sources to correct database inconsistencies and code errors.

• Reporting & Dashboards: Design, develop, and maintain continuous internal performance dashboards and metrics reports for leadership teams.

• Trend Analysis: Run exploratory analysis on large datasets using statistical techniques to capture emerging patterns, system anomalies, or business trends.
