Our goal is to transform chemical tools into next-generation therapeutics and to unravel unique mechanisms of action through innovation at the chemistry–biology interface.
Specifically, we synthesize and evaluate small molecules
to induce lipid droplet accumulation
as modulators of ferroptosis
covalent version for chemical probes and therapeutics identification
