6. Camera and Media Data: Images captured or uploaded using the device camera, such as profile pictures. The camera is accessed only with user permission and solely for intended functionality.

1.3 Purpose of Processing

We process user data for the following purposes:

• Authentication: Verifying user identity for account access.

• Profile Management: Enabling users to upload and manage profile pictures.

• AI Personalization: Tailoring spiritual guidance based on user interaction history.

• Service Improvement: Using anonymized analytics to refine AI accuracy and app performance.

• Safety and Moderation: Preventing hate speech, fraud, and misuse of the platform.

1.4 Camera Permission Disclosure

Dhrma requests access to the device camera for the following purpose:

• Profile Photo Upload: To capture and upload user profile pictures.

We ensure that:

• The camera is accessed only with explicit user consent.

• Images are used solely for profile-related functionality.

• No images are stored or accessed without user action.

• Users may deny or revoke permission at any time through device settings.

1.5 Data Retention & Deletion

We retain personal data for as long as your account remains active. Users have the Right to Erasure under applicable data protection laws. Upon receiving a deletion request via our support email, we will remove personal identifiers within 30 days, unless retention is required by law.

By accessing Dhrma, users aged 16 and above (or with parental consent where applicable) agree to be bound by these terms.

2.2 Nature of Service

Dhrma provides an AI-driven educational and philosophical platform based on Sanatan philosophy. All content is for informational and educational purposes only.

2.3 User Conduct

Users agree NOT to:

• Generate blasphemous, defamatory, or violent content.

• Misrepresent AI responses as divine or absolute truth.

• Reverse-engineer the AI or scrape platform content.

• Harass or harm other users.

2.4 Intellectual Property

• Platform Content: Owned exclusively by the Dhrma development team.

• User-Generated Content: Users grant Dhrma a non-exclusive, royalty-free, global license to host and display content.

3. DISCLAIMER (CRITICAL)

3.1 No Professional Advice

Dhrma does not provide:

• Religious authority or official decrees.

• Medical or psychological advice.

• Financial or legal advice.

3.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dhrma shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the App or reliance on AI-generated content.

4. AI USAGE & LIMITATION DISCLOSURE

4.1 Generative AI Transparency

Dhrma utilizes advanced Large Language Models (LLMs).

• Hallucinations: AI may occasionally generate inaccuracies.

• Bias: Outputs may reflect biases present in training data.

• Non-Human Logic: AI cannot replace qualified spiritual teachers or professionals.

4. Moderation rights are reserved by Dhrma.

6. REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

• Free Access: Core features are free.

• Premium Services: Billed through Google Play or the Apple App Store.

• Refunds: Governed by respective platform policies.

• Cancellation: Users may cancel subscriptions through their app store settings.

7. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY POLICY

7.1 Age Restriction

Dhrma is intended for users aged 16 and above and does not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

7.2 Parental Control

Parents may contact us to request deletion of a minor’s account.
