MISSION STATEMENT:
The Dharma Integrity Project is an ongoing research and practice initiative dedicated to applying systems thinking methodologies to contemplative ethics. We examine three interconnected dimensions of Buddhist community life: trauma-informed approaches to abuse, power, and accountability; socio-economic inequality and access within Buddhist communities; and the material well-being, dignity, and agency of female monastics. Through research, education, and the development of healthier organizational frameworks, we seek to strengthen the conditions necessary for ethical, equitable, and sustainable contemplative communities.
