What do you do in the Alumni Chapter?

As members of the Alumni Chapter, we organize and engage in social, community, and networking events both within our chapter and with undergraduate chapters in the DFW/North Texas region. Being an Alumni chapter, unaffiliated with a specific university, grants us the freedom and flexibility to plan and execute activities based on our professional schedules.

What makes the Alumni chapter different from undergrad chapters?

Lambda Theta Phi was established with the aim of fostering brotherhood, advocating for the educational rights of Latinos, celebrating the vibrant Latino culture, and nurturing leadership qualities to guide our community. We are in search of forward-thinking individuals who can contribute to our mission and help achieve the objectives outlined by our founders. Lambda Theta Phi is dedicated to attracting individuals who are dedicated to excellence and driven to succeed. 

While fraternities are commonly linked with college experiences, Lambda Theta Phi offers membership opportunities that extend beyond graduation. In addition to our undergraduate chapters, our fraternity has established Alumni Chapters across the country to provide support for Brothers as they navigate life after college. Opportunities for support and networking are available at both the undergraduate and professional levels.

Am I too old to join a fraternity?

There is no age limit to joining Lambda Theta Phi! Our Brotherhood encompasses a diverse range of experiences and expertise. Our Brothers span from their mid-20s to mid-40 up to late -60s, including fathers and grandfathers, all of whom continue to forge genuine connections within the Brotherhood, locally and nationally.

Who can join Lambda Theta Phi Latin Fraternity, Inc.?

Lambda Theta Phi Latin Fraternity, Inc. welcomes men, individuals of all nationalities and cultures, who have successfully obtained their bachelor's degree from an accredited 4-year college or university. The process for becoming a member of Lambda Theta Phi as a graduate inductee is conducted in a professional manner, ensuring a seamless and respectful experience for all prospective members.
