Here are examples of combo routes possible with various assists.

IRIYA

The best assist in the game and is widely popular amongst Japanese players overall, 5S gives you a plate projectile to use for setplay or to help you close in on opponents. 6S is a moped that can be used to punish Blasts or whiffed attacks and force out air options from the opponent. Plates enhance Yuuki’s setplay game, granting her with nasty plate 50/50s, as well as firework mix ups once 2 plates are stocked. 6s can be used as a neutral check to approach zoners and punish players mistakes along with a combo tool to create big damaging combos. Overall, iriya tools more so enhance Yuuki’s kit greatly, along with, covering her weaknesses in matchups against zoners, making Iriya an excellent choice.

WILHELMINA

Wilhelmina is a strong setplay assist that also carries the threat of explosive damage behind every 6S. 5S is a quick projectile that can strike away other assists or be used as an anti-air or as a whiff punish that gives you enough time to combo off. 6S allows yuuki for combo extensions and high-low/tick-throw situations to keep the opponent guessing. Wilhelmina would be the replacement assist if you're not a celty fan as Wilhelmina functions almost identically to Celty in terms of the reward and options they both offer. Wilhelmina’s 5S and 6S are used for almost the same purposes; however they cover different areas of the screen, making Wilhelmina stronger in the neutral game than Celty. Using Wilhelmina with Yuuki allows her to approach zoners with ease due to 6S and 5S tracking. Making Wilhelmina the perfect choice if you want to enhance Yuuki’s neutral games,l setplay game and combo potential.

CELTY

Celty is a strong neutral tool and setplay staple. 5S is a giant hitbox in front of you that zooms across the screen with only 10 frame start-up. It's great for scrambles, mid-screen stand-offs, and quick punishes into hard knockdowns. 6S is a giant anti-air bike that hits twice (first hit coming down, and second hit when grounded) since 6S is active for a long period it is perfect to use after a hard-knockdown which allows Yuuki to perform strong mix ups afterwards such as cross-ups or tick throws. As far as using 6S in neutral, it can be used to cover neutral space, however it’s startup is relatively slow making it somewhat risky to throw out in neutral. Celty 5S can be used to punish normals out of Yuuki’s reach, prevent zoners from controlling neutral space and used as a pressure tool to keep your opponent pinned down. Furthermore 6S is similar to Iriya plate mixups in a sense that it enhances Yuuki’s setplay game immensely, as it creates a guessing game for your opponent. 6S grants Yuuki with many options to open up her opponent such as tick throws, throws, 4ab and meaty low, Instant air dash low, instant airdash grab or overhead and 214[X].

Misc Notes:

While the assist can be compared to Celty she is on a lower tier due to some faults. Off the bat you will have to come to terms with not having non-trump setplay. Furthermore, non-ch 5S hits are pretty much unconfirmable outside the corner and 6S hits (as well as air 5S hits), counter-hit or not, lead to airtech situations. For positives, outside of trump she shines in tangent with your ability to establish 5S/6S threat in neutral and how you choose to present her in pressure (i.g. 5S post jump-in, see Shijou's use of Tomo and Wil 5S for examples). In trump, the assist compliments Yuuki with extra neutral control and strong hyouri setups. Since she is a single hit assist you are able to borrow routes from other assists and do not suffer from proration issues, allowing you to easily drop lots of damage when the confirm is right.

Tomo has the a special input (426S, costs 2 bars) which is a super that can be used from the ground or in the air. By pressing S an additional time (up to 3 times for a total of 5 bars) you can increase the damage output. Puts the assist on cooldown.
