HOW TO ORDER
Orders can be placed via google order form or a manual order confirmation form.

**Kindly send us a photo/screenshot of the item you want to order.
After filling out the form, a confirmation message will be sent along with your invoice.
Items posted are pre-order, directly bought from official stores in South Korea. Pre-orders have different shipping or release date.
All pre-order items will be shipped on a NORMAL ETA (3-4 weeks after ship out on our KR address) via Batch Shipment, you may check our batch schedule on our fb page cover photo.
On-hand items are available—just send us a message to inquire.

You may opt to pay in full or required 50% or 80% down payment.
50% or 80% DP shall be paid on or before the date of payment, remaining balance + local shipping fee will be paid prior to local shipping.
On-hand items must be paid in full.
In case the item is OUT OF STOCK/SOLD OUT and payment has been made, amount deposited will be REFUNDED or have it credited on the next purchase.
LOCAL SHIPPING
Local shipping fee will be shouldered by the customer, unless otherwise stated. Available courier methods are as follows:
- J&T
- Same day delivery
Our courier is J&T Express, regular shipping fee applies.
Same day delivery via Lalamove, Toktok or any pick up and delivery courier that the buyer prefers, buyer will be the one to book for accurate pin location.
Tracking No. and a photo of your parcel will be sent once available, tracking of parcel will be the customer's responsibility.
We will send a photo(s) of your order(s) prior to shipment before and after packing.
We will not be held accountable for any damages that happen during transit or due to courier's mishandling/negligence.
Delivery time upon handling of items over the courier takes 3 to 5 days for Luzon Area and 5 to 10 days for Visayas and Mindanao Area.
Updates and announcements are posted on our FB and twitter account from time to time, you may search #dfarchive_update .
You will be updated twice, first is when your item arrives on our KR address, second is prior to local shipping.
RETURN AND REFUND
Buyer must inform the seller within 24hrs upon receiving of the damaged item.
SEALED ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN AND REFUND. You may opt to let us check or open the item prior to local shipment.
A proof or unboxing video from the time of opening the parcel is required.
Damage on the packaging (outer box) will not majorly affect the item's eligibility for return or refund.
We will coordinate your request for exchange, return or refund to the main/official seller (Weverse Shop, Ktown4u,etc.) and will be subjected to investigation and approval.
It is the decision of the main/official seller to grant the return or refund. Their decision will be reflective of our decision as well.
If the return request is granted, buyer shall ship back the item(s) to our local address, the same way we packed the item.
Local shipping fee for the replacement item will be shouldered by us.
Change of order is possible ONLY if the item is OUT OF STOCK/SOLD OUT or the item is not yet secured.
Once the order is confirmed, it will be our discretion to purchase your order right away to avoid the item being SOLD OUT.
Cancellation of confirmed orders is not allowed. Buyers who cancel without valid reason may be refused future transactions.
We reserve the right to keep transaction records and take appropriate action, including legal remedies, if fraudulent activity is proven.
Cancellation fee amounting to half of the purchased item(s) shall be paid if the buyer will cancel the confirmed order(s).
DISCLAIMER
Defects or missing inclusions caused by the manufacturer is beyond d'F Archive's control.
