The activities of the Dexter Softball Club are guided by four "Pillars for Success":

1. Build a PIPELINE of softball players through early engagement and investment in Dexter community

2. Develop  the CHARACTER of High School players through teambuilding & community service

3. Create a WINNING experience for the High School program

4. Create a sustainable FUNDRAISING model
