Dexo AI provides AI-powered text and image generation features, including:
Chatbot conversations
Image generation (tattoos, logos, and creative images)
Writing assistance (chef, songwriter, poet, script writer, email helper, dating advisor, and similar tools)
All prompts and messages are processed in real time to generate responses.
We do not store your chat messages, prompts, or generated images.
Any content you choose to save remains on your device.
You are responsible for how you use the generated content.
You agree not to use Dexo AI to create, submit, or request content that:
Is illegal or violates applicable laws
Infringes on intellectual property or personal rights
Is harmful, abusive, hateful, explicit, or inappropriate
We may restrict or suspend access if misuse is detected.
The app, including its design, features, branding, and technology, is owned by us or our licensors.
You are granted a limited, personal, non-commercial license to use Dexo AI.
You may use generated text and images for personal purposes.
The underlying AI models, software, and systems remain our exclusive property.
You may not:
Use the app for illegal or unauthorized activities
Attempt to interfere with app functionality or security
Copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or exploit the app or its technology
Dexo AI is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or suitability of generated content. Outputs may be incorrect or inappropriate, and you use them at your own discretion.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the app or reliance on generated content.
We may update these Terms occasionally. Updates will be posted within the app. Continued use of Dexo AI means you accept the revised Terms.
We may suspend or terminate access to the app if these Terms are violated or for operational or legal reasons.
