Important Dates

Deadline for paper submission: February 28, 2020 17th of March 2020 May 15th 2020 (EXTENDED in line with the new ECAI dates)

• Final decisions to authors: April 8, 2020 June 15th 2020 (EXTENDED in line with new ECAI dates)
• Camera-ready papers: April 22, 2020(to be confirmed)
• Workshop: 7th of September 2020

Submission Format

Submissions are in the format of long papers (7 pages + 1 page references) or short papers (4 pages + 1 page references).

Both long and short papers must be formatted according to ECAI guidelines and submitted electronically through EasyChair (ink TBC). The link to the ECAI template is here .

Workshop Goals

The aim of the International Workshop on Dialogue, Explanation and Argumentation in Human-Agent Interaction (DEXAHAI) is to provide a forum to discuss and advance the potential synergy and collaborations within these domains. Specific topics for this workshop include but are not limited to:

• Collaborative Multi-agent systems based on argumentation
• Dialogue between agents
• Explainable AI
• Agreement technologies (negotiation and argumentation)
• Studies in Explainability in Human-Agent Interaction
• Trust modeling for Multi-agent decision making;
• Feedback on presenting argumentation reasoning to support human agent interaction
• Empirical evaluations of argumentation systems involving collaborations between humans and agent
