Entry fees are refundable (minus £2 refund processing fee) only if requested by email to hello@racebest.com no later than 05/01/2025.

Places may be transferred for free to another runner up until 12/01/2025 by following the Modify Entry Details link contained in your confirmation email.

Anyone running in someone else's place without notifying the organisers prior to the deadline will be disqualified from the race.

In the event of cancellation or postponement any refund or deferment of entry is entirely at the organisers’ discretion.

Participants must be 15 years old or over on Race Day.

Participants must be fit enough to complete the full distance and will compete at their own risk.

The use of in-ear and over-ear headphones is prohibited. However bone conduction headphones which transmit sound through the cheekbones and leave the ears open are permitted.

Pushchairs are not allowed.

Photography or filming will take place at this event, any individual has the right to request images of themselves are removed from publication.
