My background includes live chat support, English call center services, and travel ticketing assistance, allowing me to develop strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills. I am committed to providing professional, responsive, and customer-focused support while continuously expanding my expertise in remote work, digital tools, and online communication. I believe that excellent customer service is built on empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help others succeed.
Currently, I divide my time between two countries, traveling regularly between Jakarta and Sydney. My passion for travel was one of the main reasons I chose a remote working career, as it allows me to combine professional growth with the freedom to explore new places and cultures.
