A Simple Promise
DewdexCare is designed as a quiet, private space for organizing skincare at home. You can track when products were opened, note expiry dates and remaining amounts, arrange daily routines, and set gentle reminders without creating an account or sending your records to us.
Information We Collect
DewdexCare does not collect personal information, device identifiers, usage data, analytics, advertising data, precise location, contacts, photos, or health information. The app does not require registration, sign-in, or a user profile.
Your Skincare Records Stay on Your Device
Product names, opened dates, expiry details, quantity notes, routine entries, and reminder preferences are stored locally on your device. We cannot access, view, retrieve, or use this information.
Reminders and Notifications
If you enable reminders, DewdexCare uses Apple's local notification features to display alerts you schedule. Reminder content is prepared on your device and is not transmitted to us. You can change notification permission at any time in iOS Settings.
No Third-Party Services
DewdexCare does not include third-party analytics, advertising networks, tracking technologies, social logins, cloud accounts, or external software development kits that collect data. We do not sell, rent, share, or disclose user information because we do not collect it.
Data Retention and Deletion
Your locally stored records remain on your device until you edit or delete them, clear the app's data, or uninstall DewdexCare. Depending on your personal iCloud and device backup settings, Apple may include app data in a backup. Those backups are controlled by you and Apple, and are not accessible to us.
Security
Keeping data on-device reduces unnecessary exposure. You are responsible for protecting access to your device with the security features available in iOS.
Children's Privacy
DewdexCare is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from children or any other users.
Your Privacy Choices
Because DewdexCare does not collect or retain personal data on our systems, there is no personal information for us to access, correct, export, or delete. You remain in control of the records stored within the app and of notification and backup settings on your device.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy if DewdexCare's features or legal requirements change. Any revised version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
