"Rafi is an innovative and enthusiastic guy equipped with the necessary advanced level excel and data analysis skills. Moreover, he always possesses a can-do attitude that reflects in his works and activities. While giving him some tips for a competition named “Agricultural Technology Innovation Student Idea Competition” back in 2017, I was fascinated by his idea-generating ability. He eventually became the winner of that competition. His data-driven approach to identify and solve a particular problem is really commendable. Being a member of the Bangladesh Agricultural University Career Club (BAUCC), he was engaged with organizing different kinds of national and international events and discharged all the assigned duties and responsibilities accordingly. His leadership qualities, management skills, and other interpersonal qualities have made him capable to stand out of the crowd and confront any sort of challenges to overcome"
