Privacy Policy

DevTitanX respects your privacy. This policy explains how our Meta Quest games handle data.

1. In-App Purchases

Some DevTitanX apps may use Meta Quest / Meta Horizon Store in-app purchases to unlock optional paid content, add-ons, or premium features.

When a user buys, restores, or accesses paid content, the app may receive and process limited purchase-related information from Meta Platform Services, such as:

• Product ID or SKU ID of the purchased content

• Purchase status

• Ownership or entitlement status

• Restore purchase result

• Transaction, receipt, or entitlement identifier, where applicable

• Local unlock status for purchased content

This information is used only to verify that the user owns the purchased content, unlock paid content inside the app, restore previous purchases, prevent duplicate purchase issues, and provide purchase-related support.

DevTitanX does not receive, collect, or store payment card details, billing address, or payment account information. All payments, refunds, and billing are handled by Meta Quest / Meta Horizon Store.

We do not use in-app purchase data for advertising, tracking, profiling, resale, or unrelated marketing purposes.

2. Data Retention

DevTitanX does not maintain a separate developer-controlled purchase database and does not store payment information.

Purchase and entitlement records are managed by Meta Platform Services. Local unlock status or app data may remain only on the user’s headset or device unless the user clears local app data or uninstalls the app.

3. Deletion Requests

DevTitanX apps do not create user accounts and do not maintain a developer-controlled user database.

Users may request data deletion by emailing us at devtitanx@gmail.com and including the app name.

Because DevTitanX does not maintain a developer-controlled user database, in most cases we do not have user data to delete. If a user has contacted us by email for support, we can delete that support email upon request, unless we are required to keep it for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution reasons.

Meta-controlled purchase history, payment records, refunds, and account-level purchase records are managed by Meta. DevTitanX cannot delete Meta-managed records.

4. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top will always show the most recent version.
