About Us
-We have two locations located on the east side of Big Rapids inside the city limits.
-Our main office is located at 504 N 4th Ave and a second location one block over located at 115 Bjornson St.
-Please call or text us about units currently available.
-We can meet at the storage office by appointment usually within 15-20 minutes of a request.
-We are located within 2 miles of the FSU Main Campus.

Payment Options
We accept all major credit card, debit cards, money orders, personal checks and cash.
Please note: We DO NOT send out invoices or payment reminders, rent is always due on or before the 1st of every month.
Leases signed anytime during the 1st through the 20th of any month will constitute a full month.
Rental rate is only prorated after the 20th of the month when moving into a unit.
We DO NOT prorate move out dates on any units.
