The International Developmental Mechanics Seminar Series was begun in 2021 by Prof. Ronen Zaidel-Bar from the University of Tel Aviv, Israel during the pandemic lockdowns. The series was intended to bring together researchers working on various aspects of developmental mechanics, broadly defined as the control of cell and tissue shape, fate and position through regulation of the cytoskeleton.
