Welcome to Embric (“we,” “our,” or “us”), developed by Devion Tech. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data when using the Embric mobile application. 

1. Information We Collect

When you use Embric, we may collect the following types of information:

a. Personal Information (Account Data)

• Mobile Number & Name: Collected when you create an account or sign in to verify your identity and maintain your account.

• Password: Securely encrypted to protect your account access.

b. User Content & Design Data

• Embroidery Calculation Data: Design numbers, design names, garment categories (Saree, Suit, Allover), stitch counts, active machine heads, stitch rates, bead counts, and pricing calculations.

• Design Images: Photos and design artwork you upload to accompany your calculations. These images are stored securely on Cloudflare R2 cloud storage.

• DST Files: Embroidery stitch files you open in the DST Viewer. DST files are processed locally on your device for stitch analysis and visual simulation.

c. Device and Technical Information

• FCM Push Notification Tokens: Unique device push tokens (Firebase Cloud Messaging / Expo) collected solely to deliver calculation alerts, news, and notifications.

• Device Identifiers & App Diagnostics: Device model, operating system version, and general error logs to help us improve app stability.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

• Account Management: To log you in and synchronize your saved designs across devices and app sessions.

• Cloud Storage & Sync: To securely store your embroidery calculations and design images on our live cloud servers so your data is never lost.

• Cost Calculations: To compute stitch totals, bead costs, repeat areas, and order valuations.

• Push Notifications: To notify you about feature updates and important reminders.

• Advertising & App Maintenance: To display banner, interstitial, and app-open advertisements that keep Embric free to use.

3. Third-Party Services We Use

Embric integrates with trusted third-party service providers:

1. Google AdMob & Meta Audience Network:

   • Used to serve in-app advertisements (Banner ads, Interstitial ads, and App Open ads).

   • These services may collect anonymous advertising identifiers (Google Advertising ID) and approximate location to provide relevant ads in accordance with their privacy policies:

2. Google Firebase / Expo Push Notifications:

   • Used to manage and deliver push notifications to your device.

3. Cloudflare R2 Storage:

   • Used to host uploaded embroidery design images securely.

4. Data Storage and Security

• Security Measures: We use industry-standard HTTPS encryption (SSL/TLS) and JSON Web Tokens (JWT) to protect communication between the app and our servers.

• Data Protection: Your passwords and access credentials are encrypted. Design data is tied strictly to your registered mobile account and cannot be accessed by unauthorized users.

5. Managing and Deleting Your Data

• Deleting Designs: You can delete any saved design at any time by tapping the Trash icon 🗑️ on your Saved Designs list. This permanently removes the design and its calculation rows from our database.

• Account & Data Deletion: If you wish to delete your account and all associated designs permanently, you can contact us at our support email below, and your data will be permanently wiped from our database within 30 days.

6. Children’s Privacy

Embric is designed for business and professional textile/embroidery usage and is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect updates in our app features or regulatory requirements. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.

Children’s Privacy

Embric does not knowingly collect or share any data from children under 13. The app is not designed for children and does not include child-targeted features or ads. All data remains on the user’s device.
