GROW
Christ formed in me — becoming rooted in Christ and formed by the Spirit in our beliefs, character, and inner life.
Outcome 1: Abide in the Word and Obey His Voice
Deepen your relationship with Jesus by immersing yourself in Scripture to hear His voice, understand His heart, and respond in obedience. The Word is not just to be studied—it is to be lived.
Outcome 2: Pray Consistently
Cultivate an ongoing, intimate connection with God through rhythms of personal and communal prayer. Let your life become a dialogue with the Father, rooted in trust, listening, and bold intercession.
Outcome 3: Live a Life of Worship
Honor God with your heart, soul, mind, and strength—letting every thought, word, and action become an offering. Worship is not confined to moments of music, but is a whole-life response to the beauty and truth of God.
Outcome 4: Practice the Spiritual Disciplines
Shape your life around holy habits—such as Scripture, prayer, solitude, fasting, and Sabbath—that keep you rooted in Christ. Spiritual discipline is not about striving for perfection but training your heart to stay close to God.
Outcome 5: Walk in Ongoing Repentance and Renewal
Embrace a lifestyle of realignment through repentance. Let God reshape your thoughts, habits, and desires daily by His grace and truth. True renewal comes as your mind is made new and your heart returns to Him again and again.
Outcome 6: Manage Emotions and Thoughts to Pursue Healing
Commit to emotional and mental wholeness as part of spiritual maturity. Invite God to heal past wounds, renew your thought life, and form you into someone who reflects His peace and resilience.
Outcome 7: Persevere with Purpose
Endure trials with faith and intentionality. Let suffering refine—not define—you, as you grow in character and keep your eyes on Christ. Perseverance is not passive; it is a holy resolve to keep walking with God, no matter the cost.
GATHER
Christ formed in my church — growing in love, accountability, and unity within the body of Christ.
Outcome 8: Love Unselfishly
Reflect the love of Christ by practicing sacrificial love in your home, friendships, and church community. Love without expectation—choosing to serve, listen, and care for others with humility and grace. (John 13:34–35)
Outcome 9: Engage in Christ-Centered Community
Commit to life together with other believers through worship, service, shared meals, and spiritual rhythms. Christian community is not optional—it is the context where spiritual growth, encouragement, and mission take root. (Acts 2:42–47; Hebrews 10:24–25)
Outcome 10: Offer Forgiveness and Seek Reconciliation
Extend forgiveness freely and pursue reconciliation quickly, just as God has done for you. Let grace heal wounds, restore relationships, and dismantle barriers that divide.
(Ephesians 4:31–32; Matthew 5:23–24)
Outcome 11: Practice Hospitality and Inclusion
Open your home and heart to others, creating a welcoming space where people feel seen, valued, and loved. Hospitality is a Kingdom posture that reflects God's heart for the outsider and the overlooked. (Romans 12:13; Hebrews 13:2)
Outcome 12: Speak the Truth in Love with Courage and Clarity
Mature love tells the truth. Speak with both grace and boldness—correcting, encouraging, and guiding others in love. Truth and love are not opposites; they are inseparable in Christlike relationships. (Ephesians 4:15; Proverbs 27:6)
Outcome 13: Pursue Mutual Accountability and Mentoring
Invite trusted voices into your life who will challenge, encourage, and walk with you in spiritual formation—and do the same for others. Discipleship thrives in relationships marked by honesty, vulnerability, and growth. (Proverbs 27:17; 2 Timothy 2:2)
Outcome 14: Steward Relationships with Integrity
Honor God in every relationship—especially in areas of sexuality, emotional connection, and intimacy. Pursue purity, set healthy boundaries, and live with clarity and respect for God's design. (1 Thessalonians 4:3–7; 1 Corinthians 6:19–20)
GO
Christ formed in my community — serving others, using our gifts, and impacting the world with the gospel and the love of Christ.
Outcome 15: Manage Personal Resources with Wisdom
Steward your time, money, and possessions as gifts from God. Live with intentionality and open hands—reflecting the generosity of Christ in how you save, spend, give, and rest. (Proverbs 3:9–10; 1 Timothy 6:17–19)
Outcome 16: Practice Gospel-Focused Generosity
Give joyfully and sacrificially to advance God’s Kingdom and bless others. See generosity not as an obligation, but as a Spirit-led response to the Gospel that transforms lives. (2 Corinthians 9:6–11; Acts 2:44–45)
Outcome 17: Use Your Calling, Gifts, and Creativity for Kingdom Impact
Discover how your God-given passions, skills, and spiritual gifts uniquely equip you to serve the church and impact the world. Your work, words, and witness all have eternal significance. (1 Peter 4:10–11; Romans 12:6–8)
Outcome 18: Live in a Way that Reflects Jesus
Let your lifestyle reveal the heart and character of Christ—bringing light to your home, workplace, and community. Your daily choices should echo His love, truth, and servant-hearted mission. (Matthew 5:14–16; Colossians 3:17)
Outcome 19: Share the Gospel Faithfully
Proclaim the good news of Jesus with clarity, boldness, and compassion. Let your words and your life invite others into a transforming relationship with Him. (2 Timothy 4:2; Romans 1:16)
Outcome 20: Build Friendships with Seekers, Guiding Them Toward Christ
Form intentional relationships with those who are spiritually curious or far from God. Walk with them in love, listen well, and point them gently toward the hope of the Gospel. (1 Corinthians 9:22–23; John 1:45–46)
Outcome 21: Join Jesus on Mission in Every Area of Life
Live with purpose in your home, marriage, parenting, workplace, and neighborhood—seeing each context as part of God’s mission. A missional life starts with faithfulness in the ordinary. (Matthew 28:19–20; Deuteronomy 6:6–9)
