Devi Kalakshetram - Business Referral Program!
Terms and Conditions Apply:
1. Introduction:
The Devi Kalakshetram - Business Referral Program(“Program”) Allows individuals and businesses (“Referrers”) to Earn referral rewards by referring new clients to Devi Kalakshetram Classical Dance (“Service”) for the following services.
***Kuchipudi Classical Dance, Semi Classical Dance, Folk Dance, Classical Music etc.,
2. Eligibility:
The Program is open to individuals and businesses who are at least 18 years old .
Employees of Devi Kalakshetram and their immediate family members are not eligible.
The referred client (“Referred Client’) must be a new Student / Customer who has never availed of services from Devi Kalakshetram before.
3. Referral Process:
Referrers must submit the details of the Referred Client through the official referral form, via email, or call.
The Referred Client must mention the Referrer’s name and contact details while availing services.
A successful Referral is counted when the Referral Client signs a contract and makes full payment for any of the eligible services.
4. Referral Rewards:
Referrers will receive 50% Commission of the total business / project value per successful referral.
Rewards will be processed within 10 business days after the completion of the Referred Client’s Payment.
5. Payment Terms:
Referral rewards will be paid via cash, or other agreed-upon methods.
Payments will be made in Indian Rupees (INR) Only.
Any tax liabilities arising from the referral rewards will be the sole responsibility of the Referrer.
6. Program Limitations & Restrictions:
Self-referrals are not allowed.
The Referred Student / Customer must avail services worth at least ₹1000 for the referral to be eligible for rewards.
If multiple Referrers refer the same Student / Customer, only the first valid referral submission will be considered.
Fraudulent, misleading, or unethical referrals will be disqualified, and the Referrer may be banned from the Program.
7. Modification & Termination:
Devi Kalakshetram reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the program at any time without prior notice.
Changes will be effective immediately upon updating on the official website or other communication channels.
8. Dispute Resolution:
Any Disputes related to the Program will be resolved at the sole discretion of Devi Kalakshetram
The decision of Devi Kalakshetram in all matters concerning the program shall be final and binding.
By participating in the Devi Kalakshetram - Business Referral Program, the Referrer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
