The Name of "DEVI KALAKSHETRAM®" Is the Intellectual property of our Institution. No Individual or organization cannot use them without prior written authorization from "Devi Kalakshetram" Management. Using Without our Notice in Websites, Local or Non Local Services, third Party Service Providers Portals, usage of "Devi Kalakshetram" name is an Offense and they will be Prosecuted in Jurisdiction of Warangal / Hanumakonda Civil Court Complex. 

By registering for the Kuchipudi Classical Dance course, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions.

Eligibility:

The program is open to all individuals aged 04-25 years. Beginners as well as students with prior dance experience are welcome.

Class Schedules and Timings:

Classes will be held according to the schedule provided. We reserve the right to modify class timings or cancel a class in case of unforeseen circumstances, with prior notice to students.

Fees and Payment Policy:

All Fees must be paid in full at the time of registration.

Fees are non-refundable after the commencement of the program.

In case of a cancellation of classes due to any reason on the part of the Institution, the refund policy will be communicated.

Attendance and Punctuality:

Regular attendance is critical for progress in the dance program. If you miss a class, it is your responsibility to catch up on missed material.

Students are expected to arrive on time for each session. Late arrivals may disrupt the flow of the class.

Conduct and Discipline:

Respectful behavior is expected at all times during the classes.

Students are encouraged to maintain a positive and supportive environment for fellow learners.

Any form of disruptive behavior may result in dismissal from the course without a refund.

Health and Safety;

Students are required to inform the instructor about any medical conditions or injuries that may affect their ability to participate in physical activities.

The Institution is not responsible for any accidents or injuries that may occur during classes. Students are encouraged to practice caution and be mindful of their physical limits.

Intellectual Property:

All Dance content, including choreography, materials, and recordings shared during the course, are the Intellectual property of the instructor and / or institution. These may not be reproduced, recorded, or distributed without permission.

Liability Waiver:

By registering you waive any claims against the institution and its instructors in relation to personal injury, loss, or damage to property incurred during the course.

Termination of enrolment:

The Institution reserves the right to terminate enrolment for students who do not adhere to the terms and conditions set forth, without a refund.

Photography and Recording:

By enrolling in the program, you consent to being photographed or recorded during the classes. These photos or videos may be used for promotional purposes by the institution.
