This Privacy Policy explains how the GridShift mobile game ("the App", "we", "us") handles
information. By using the App you agree to this policy.

GridShift is a single‑player word puzzle game. We do not run any servers and we do not collect,
store, or transmit your personal information ourselves. Your game progress stays on your device.
The only data that leaves your device is collected by Google AdMob, which we use to show ads.
The App saves your game progress — current level, unlocked levels, score, streak, board state, and
similar gameplay data — locally on your device only, using on‑device storage. This data is not
sent to us or to any server, and it is removed when you uninstall the App.
The App does not require an account, login, name, email, phone number, contacts, photos,
precise location, microphone, or camera.
We use Google AdMob (part of Google) to display ads. To serve and measure ads, the Google Mobile
Ads SDK may collect and share with Google:
Device or other identifiers — including your device's advertising ID (AAID).
Approximate location — derived from your IP address (not precise/GPS location).
Device and diagnostic information — such as device model, operating system, app version, and
ad‑interaction/usage data.
Google uses this data to serve and personalize ads, to measure ad performance, and to detect fraud
and abuse. This processing is governed by Google's own policies:

EEA / UK users: before ads are requested, the App shows a Google‑certified consent form
(Google's User Messaging Platform) so you can give or withhold consent for personalized ads. Your
ads experience reflects that choice.
Advertising ID: you can reset your advertising ID or opt out of ad personalization at any time
in your device settings (Settings → Google → Ads).
Local data: uninstalling the App deletes all locally stored game data.
GridShift is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information
from children. The App is intended for users aged 13 and older.
We do not hold any of your data on our servers (we have none). Locally stored game data lives on your
device until you clear the App's data or uninstall it. Data collected by Google AdMob is retained and
handled by Google per Google's policies linked above.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the
"Effective date" above and posting the revised policy at the same URL.
