No, it is not possible to implement these privacy features into iOS because the code is not publicly available for modification. This lack of transparency raises concerns about the possibility of backdoors being installed in the operating system. Additionally, Apple's requirement for users to log in to their Apple ID removes their ability to remain private on their device. Another reason why Apple devices are not secure is that iMessage is not end-to-end encrypted, as Apple holds the decryption keys to iCloud accounts and messages on devices, giving them access to users' data.
