About Mock Trial - Mock Trial is a program that gives students court room and litigation experience, and the ability to advocate on behalf of their client or position. Each year the Colorado High School Mock Trial Association puts forth a new case for students to learn and perform in a court room. It will be published on October 31. Regional competition this year is 21-22 February 2025 and state competition is March 15-16 in Pueblo (Jeffco Spring Break). JOIN US! Cost: Mock Trial costs approx $50-$75 fee for the season*, and this pays for awards, registrations for competitions and scrimmages, and includes banquet and food cost for the student. Parents sign up for weekly meals and meals at events like regionals. Any travel/hotel/food if we make State is additional. Please notify Coach Gupta if you cannot meet this fee and we will obtain a sponsorship for you. We want you on our team!
*If you are participating from another school, we have to charge slightly more for your participation as D'Evelyn Educational Foundation proudly provides a modest budget to Mock Trial and this comes from parents and fundraisers for D'Evelyn. We also do not know how many teams. Once teams are set, Coach Gupta will collect fees.
