Year 10 students visiting Queen’s University were shocked at the sudden appearance of Carl Frampton, who inspires them with a talk about pushing to achieve your dreams.

Former world champion boxer Carl Frampton brought a burst of excitement to Year 10 pupils at Queen’s University Belfast as they celebrated their graduation from the

and elevate aspirations through a lasting connection with university life. In this lively video, we capture the highlights of the event, student reflections, and Carl’s uplifting message about resilience, opportunity, and the transformative power of sport. Carl Frampton shared, “I’ve met so many people who beat me when I was a kid. They were naturally more

talented than me and the question I always ask myself is, ‘why did I do what I done, and they didn’t?’, and it really comes down to the hard work and the effort that I put in

…If you want to do something – work hard enough and there’s no doubt you can do it.”
