Is every level solvable?
Yes. Every level is checked by the game's own solver, and the "Best possible" number shown on screen is the true minimum number of moves.
How do I restore Prismwick Pro on a new iPhone?
Sign in with the same Apple Account, open Settings → Prismwick Pro → Restore Purchases (the button is also on the Pro screen).
I don't see some colors well.
Turn on Settings → Colorblind mode. Every color gets a symbol: a circle for red, a triangle for green and a square for blue; mixed colors show several symbols.
Does Prismwick need the internet?
No. The game works fully offline and contains no networking code. Only the purchase itself goes through Apple.
