Memo is simple notes and tasks application for all.

We care about your privacy and security of your personal information.

Collecting and using personal data

We do not collect or share your personal info to third-party apps.
In safe, the memo is encrypted and memo stored there are with their own risk. We do not collect the information here too. We may request the user to use biometric(Finger ID) used in lock screen to access the safe.

Permission:

App might use audio for speech to text recognition, only when the button is triggered and we do not share with third-party apps.

App might require Camera/Gallery access for capture/select the surrounding/image in local storage and display the image; the image is not used in any aspect by us or shared with other third-party apps.

Collaboration

Login is required for the Collaboration feature. Some information about the users is collect such as email ID, password and photo of the user, this information are never shared to any third-party apps in any forms. We still improving this feature to enable user friendly experience.

What data is shared

• Title, notes, profile picture are shared to the collaborators.

• Activity information such as last updated are visible to the server, while collaborator do not see this information.

Who can access shared content

• Collaborators explicitly invited by the note owner.

Permission & Control

• Collab notes can be deleted only by owner, collaborators cannot delete.

• Collaborators can invite anyone via collab notes, but only owner can remove the user from the collab notes.

• Updating the same collab note, cause a warning to view changes or save your own changes (it overwrite the previous update).

• All collaborators can view profile picture, your username and your fullname.

Children's Privacy

We do not collect any kind of information from children under the age of 13 in any source. 

Children under the age of 13 are not able to create a account for collab, still they are able to use the feature Notes and Tasks.
