About Me
Who am I ? What do I do ?
Career Update: I am elated to share that I'll be joining Qualcomm as a Firmware Engineer after graduating in May 2024.
Currently, I’m a Graduate Student at University of Colorado, Boulder. I did my Bachelors in Electronics and Communication Engineering from a private university in Anand, known as the Milk City of India. During the undergraduate degree tenure, I did an internship while working as an Embedded Software Intern at a startup based in Ahmedabad, India which designs IoT Based Mechanical Ventilators. After graduating in 2022, I moved to Boulder, USA to pursue Master’s degree in Embedded Systems Engineering.
Experience
Qualcomm
Firmware Engineer Intern
Worked with Firmware team in profiling and building profiling tools for embedded Machine Learning accelerator to monitor and control power and performance of Qualcomm AI-100 inference SoC.
Contributed to the initial development of AI-100 Chip’s Visual Studio Code Extension which involved linking Low Level Debugger to an HTTP server for fast and efficient debugging.
Oxvi- Respire Power Solutions Pvt. Ltd
Embedded Software Intern
Developed embedded software based on respiration principles and measuring methodologies for an IoT based Mechanical Ventilator and interfaced medical sensors with STM32L4R9ZI MCU.
Debugged and performed system tests and unit tests on individual sections based on medical functions while verifying the output data with respect to medical standards of electrical devices.
Built GUI using python for visualizing and storing raw test data of medical parameters transmitted over UART channel which helped different teams in performing test data analysis and tuning of the ventilator system.
Designed and maintained Insulation Diagrams for electrical sections of the Ventilator after each iteration of design change or addition of elements as a part of Risk Management Plan of the device.
Researched about regulation requirements and revised the technical documentation in accordance with the IEC 60601-1 standard for medical certifications of the Ventilator.
