Devaksh Rai was born on 29 January 1994 in Bareli, District Raisen, Madhya Pradesh, India. His parents From village Baiganiya near Bareli. Later, His Family moved to Bareli when he was 10 year old there, Devaksh completed his Higher Education at Govt. Boys Higher Secondary School Bareli, He pursued Bachelor Degree in Computer Science and Master Degree in Master in Business Administration from Barkatullah University Bhopal.

Devaksh has a dream, but he was not only waiting for his dream to come true, He has pushed himself very hard and gone through a number of obstacles to get to the point at where he is now.
