1. Order and Waitlist:

• I only accept requests that include clear visual references of the characters. Please provide image galleries (such as dA stash, Imgur, Toyhouse, or Google Drive links) along with details about the character’s personality and the expressions you’d like them to have.

2. Commission Process:

• pose (3 revisions) > sketch (3 revisions) > 50%  payment > rendered art (with commission watermark) > full payment (with screenshot) > complete art

• Commission will be canceled if you cannot provide detailed feedback and/or push me to change tiny details multiple times. 

• Completed art in full resolution will be sent via email.

3. Payment:

• I accept Wise, Paypal, TnG

•  Send screenshots of proof you’ve paid.

• If you’re a trusted buyer with multiple prior commissioned artworks I am fine with payment any time before I send the final piece.

• I will cancel the commission if the client fails to pay the 50% payment or full payment within one week.

4. Deadline: 

• Let me know if there is a deadline

• Turnaround time (TAT):  minimum 2-3 weeks, maximum 3 months

• Feel free to ask me for updates during the process, but no spamming

5. Usage

• NOT for AI use and NFT

• You can use my commission works for personal purposes or repost them on your gallery as long as you credit me for the artwork. Do not reproduce, redistribute, or sell them as profitable merchandise unless we agree.

• I have the right to post the commissioned artwork on my socials and galleries. Please let me know if you’d like me not to.

• Commercial commission will have an additional fee. Please discuss this with me in DM before submitting a commission order form.
