With over 30 years of experience in direct B2B marketing, my journey began in 1992 with a focus on building meaningful, results-driven partnerships.
In 1997, I entered the golf industry, developing customized promotional programs for individual golf courses and expanding across regions from California to British Columbia.
After relocating to Vancouver Island in 2000, I recognized an opportunity to create greater value through a multi-course platform—bringing golfers and courses together in a more impactful way. This vision led to the launch of the GOLF VISA brand in 2001.
Since then, GOLF VISA has grown from representing a select group of mid- to high-end golf courses on Vancouver Island to a broader network spanning the Vancouver region and British Columbia’s Okanagan.
Following my move to Nova Scotia in 2013, I identified a new opportunity to expand the model into Atlantic Canada. In 2019, GOLF VISA launched in Nova Scotia with two partner courses—both achieving strong results.
Today, now in its seventh season, the GOLF VISA brand delivers exceptional value through a network of over 50 golf courses across Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, and select courses in Quebec, with continued expansion into Prince Edward Island. This growth has also led to the introduction of regionally aligned offerings, strengthening the brand’s presence and accessibility across Atlantic Canada—and positioning it for continued expansion westward.
MYGV represents the next evolution of the GOLF VISA brand—building on a proven foundation while introducing a more advanced, digitally driven platform. Launching for the 2027 season, MYGV will feature a fully interactive mobile app designed to enhance accessibility, streamline redemption, and deliver greater value to both members and partner courses.
This evolution reflects an ongoing commitment to innovation, performance, and long-term partnership—creating stronger connections between golfers and the courses they value most.
