I have spent most of my adult life as a photographer, doing commercial and editorial work, in Düsseldorf, then Paris and Milan and finally in Sydney, Australia.

On my way back home from a trip to Tibet I decided to do some work about pilgrimage in Germany which later resulted in a book called Kevelaer.
