By installing, opening, accessing, or using Detector de Billetes Falsos, you agree to this End User License Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the application.
Detector de Billetes Falsos is an informational and utility application for Android. Its purpose is to help users inspect visible banknote security features through screen-light tools, visual references, and information about currencies and banknotes.
The application does not definitively determine whether any banknote is authentic or counterfeit.
Rodrigo Gonzalez Fantino grants you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the application on compatible Android devices, subject to this Agreement and the applicable Google Play terms.
This license does not sell, assign, or transfer ownership of the application, any intellectual property rights, or any right to commercially exploit the application or its original content.
You may use the application for personal, informational, and reference purposes. You must use it responsibly and in compliance with applicable law.
You may not:
copy, modify, adapt, resell, sublicense, or distribute unauthorized versions of the application;
attempt to extract the source code, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer the application, except where expressly permitted by applicable law;
interfere with the normal operation of the application;
use the application for illegal, fraudulent, abusive, or rights-infringing activities;
present the application as an official, certified, or guaranteed banknote-authentication tool.
Detector de Billetes Falsos is only a visual and informational aid. The application does not certify, determine, confirm, or guarantee the authenticity of any banknote.
The application does not replace official, bank, manual, expert, or specialized verification. It must not be used as the sole basis for accepting, rejecting, retaining, reporting, exchanging, depositing, destroying, or making financial decisions about any banknote.
If you have doubts about the authenticity of a banknote, consult a bank, monetary authority, issuing authority, official source, or qualified specialist.
The information shown in the application may include general banknote data, security features, images, visual references, or available official sources. Although the developer aims to keep the information clear and useful, it may contain errors, become outdated, or vary depending on the country, denomination, series, physical condition of the banknote, ambient light, print quality, or characteristics of the device used.
References to currencies, banknotes, countries, central banks, governments, financial institutions, or issuing authorities are included for informational purposes only.
Detector de Billetes Falsos is not affiliated with, sponsored by, approved by, certified by, or endorsed by any central bank, government, financial institution, monetary authority, currency issuer, law enforcement body, or Google, unless expressly stated in writing.
The name of the application does not imply trademark registration, company incorporation, or official recognition by any third party.
The application, its code, design, original text, content organization, and original elements belong to Rodrigo Gonzalez Fantino, except for materials, names, images, marks, references, or content that belong to their respective owners.
All rights not expressly granted in this Agreement are reserved.
The application does not require users to create an account in order to function and may operate without the user entering personal data.
This Agreement does not replace the application's Privacy Policy. If the application includes or integrates Google Play services, crash reports, statistics, advertising, analytics, or other third-party integrations, those services may process technical information according to their own policies and the Privacy Policy published for the application.
For Google Play, keep the Privacy Policy and Data Safety section updated according to the application's actual behavior.
The application is provided "as is" and "as available." The developer does not guarantee that the application will be error-free, always available, continuously updated, compatible with all devices, complete, accurate, reliable, or conclusive.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, availability, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rodrigo Gonzalez Fantino will not be liable for losses, damages, financial decisions, rejected payments, acceptance of counterfeit banknotes, interpretation errors, outdated information, legal consequences, device issues, or any consequence arising from the use of, reliance on, or inability to use the application.
You are responsible for verifying relevant information through official sources or qualified specialists before making decisions based on the authenticity, validity, or acceptability of any banknote.
These terms may be updated from time to time to reflect changes to the application, Google Play requirements, legal adjustments, or wording improvements. The current version will be the version published with the application or through the link indicated by the developer.
Continued use of the application after an update means that you accept the updated version, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
You may stop using the application at any time. If you violate these terms, your authorization to use the application may end, without limiting any other rights that may apply under applicable law.
These terms will be interpreted under the laws applicable to the user and the developer. To the extent permitted by law, any dispute related to the application should first be addressed in good faith before formal claims are initiated.
Nothing in this Agreement limits any mandatory consumer rights that may apply to you.
