Thank you for using Detect Clicker. Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle user data in our app.
To provide and improve our services, we collect the following types of information:
Account Information: When you log in using Google Sign-In, we collect and store your Name, Email Address, and Profile Picture in our database to create and manage your account.
Log Data and Analytics: If the app encounters an error, we collect log data (e.g., IP address, device name, OS version, app configuration, and timestamps) through third-party services to diagnose the issue.
Third-Party Service Data: We use third-party services that may collect information to facilitate app functionality, analytics, and advertising. These include:
Firebase Authentication & Cloud Services (for account login and data management)
Google Firebase Analytics & Crashlytics (for app usage and stability)
Google AdMob & Unity Ads (for displaying advertisements)
We use the collected data for the following purposes:
To create and manage your user account and authenticate your logins.
To process and verify in-app purchases linked to your account.
Fraud prevention and will not be used for anything else.
Detect Clicker requires specific device permissions to function. We do not collect or transmit any personal data through these permissions:
Accessibility Service (Required): Used strictly to enable core app features like simulating taps, swipes, and other interactions.
Media Projection: Used strictly for on-screen element detection.
Account and Data Deletion:
You can request deletion of your Detect Clicker account and associated personal data (such as Name, Email, and Profile Picture) directly through the in-app account deletion option.
When you initiate an account deletion request, your account will be scheduled for deletion. All associated personal data will be permanently deleted from our systems within 7 days of your request.
Please note that account deletion is not immediate, and once requested, the deletion process cannot be cancelled.
Third-Party Data:
Our app uses third-party services (such as Google Sign-In and Unity Ads) that may collect and process data independently. While we integrate these services, their data handling is governed by their respective privacy policies. We encourage you to review their policies and manage your preferences directly with those providers where applicable.
We use commercially reasonable and industry-standard measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.
We retain your account data (such as Name, Email, and Profile Picture) only for as long as your account remains active. If you request account deletion, your personal data will be permanently removed from our systems within 7 days of initiating the deletion request.
Please note that no method of electronic storage or transmission over the Internet is completely secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Our app may contain links to external sites (such as YouTube or Google Sites). If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that site. These external sites are not operated by us, and we strongly advise you to review their respective Privacy Policies.
Cookies are small data files commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. They are sent to your browser from the websites you visit and are stored on your device's internal memory. The app does not use these cookies explicitly. However, the app may use third-party code and libraries that use cookies to collect information and improve their services. You have the option to either accept or refuse these cookies and know when a cookie is being sent to your device. If you choose to refuse our cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of the app.
For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), our legal basis for processing data is:
Legitimate interest (for app functionality, security, and analytics)
Consent (for advertising and analytics tracking, where applicable)
Users in the EU have the right to withdraw consent for data collection where applicable, but since data collection is handled by third-party services, users must manage their preferences through those services.
Users from the EU (GDPR) and California (CCPA) have the following rights:
Access & Portability: Users can request a copy of data collected by third-party services (Google, Firebase, AdMob) from those respective providers.
Data Deletion: Since Detect Clicker does not collect personal data, we cannot process deletion requests. Users can manage their data through Google services.
Do Not Sell My Data (CCPA Right): We do not sell user data, but third-party services may collect data.
We use Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to ask for user consent in compliance with GDPR. We do not collect personal data ourselves. Ads are shown via AdMob, and any data collection is handled by Google as described in their Privacy Policy.
To exercise these rights, users should contact Third party directly.
Detect Clicker does not target anyone under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will immediately delete it from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and are aware that your child has provided us with data, please contact us.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page. We advise you to review this page periodically.
