DETAILQUOTE PRIVACY POLICY

DetailQuote (“the App”) is an Android application that helps vehicle-detailing businesses prepare prices, create quotation PDFs and share quotations with customers.
This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use DetailQuote.
1. NO ACCOUNT REQUIRED
DetailQuote does not require you to create an account or provide login credentials.
2. INFORMATION STORED ON YOUR DEVICE
Information entered into DetailQuote is stored locally on your device. This can include:
• Business name and contact details
• Company logo
• Customer and vehicle information
• Service selections and pricing
• Vehicle-condition descriptions
• Quote numbers, dates and notes
• Currency and application preferences
Quotation PDFs are generated locally on your device. A PDF leaves the App only when you choose to save, open or share it.
DetailQuote does not operate a cloud database containing your business profiles, customer information or quotation contents.
You are responsible for obtaining any permission required before entering a customer’s personal information into the App or sharing a quotation containing that information.
3. OPTIONAL USAGE ANALYTICS
DetailQuote includes optional usage analytics provided by Google Firebase Analytics.
Analytics collection is disabled by default. It is enabled only if you actively choose “Share anonymous usage analytics” during setup or enable Usage Analytics later in the App’s settings.
Despite the wording used in the setting, analytics information should be understood as pseudonymous usage information rather than guaranteed anonymous information.
When enabled, Firebase Analytics may process information such as:
• App launches, screens viewed and feature interactions
• App version and operating-system information
• Device category and general technical information
• App-instance and similar identifiers
• General location information derived from an IP address
• Advertising interactions
• Google Play purchase or subscription metadata, which may include a product ID, price, value and currency
Our custom Analytics events do not include the information you type into business profiles, customer fields, vehicle fields, custom-condition descriptions or quotation notes. They do not include quotation numbers, PDF contents, PDF filenames or quotation prices and totals.
DetailQuote does not send payment-card or bank-account details to Firebase Analytics.
You may disable Usage Analytics at any time from the App’s menu. Disabling it stops future Analytics collection from DetailQuote and resets the App’s local Analytics identifier. Information already processed by Google may remain according to Google’s applicable retention practices.

4. ADVERTISING
The free version of DetailQuote uses Google AdMob.
The App may display:
• Banner advertisements
• Optional rewarded advertisements
Watching a rewarded advertisement is voluntary. A free user may choose to watch one to generate one watermark-free quotation PDF for the applicable quotation. A normal watermarked PDF remains available without watching a rewarded advertisement.
Depending on your location, consent choices and device settings, Google Mobile Ads may process:
• IP address and approximate location
• Advertising ID, App Set ID or similar identifiers
• App launches, taps, ad impressions and video views
• Device, account and application information
• Diagnostic and performance information
This information may be used for advertising, analytics, ad measurement, security and fraud prevention.
Where required, DetailQuote uses Google’s User Messaging Platform to request advertising consent. When available, you can open “Privacy choices” inside the App to review or change your advertising privacy choices.

5. PURCHASES AND SUBSCRIPTIONS
DetailQuote offers Google Play purchases, including Pro subscriptions. Previously purchased Lifetime Pro access may also be restored for eligible customers.
All payment details are entered into and processed by Google Play. DetailQuote does not receive or store your complete payment-card or bank-account details.
To provide, restore and verify Pro access, the App may receive information from Google Play such as:
• Product ID
• Purchase status
• Subscription or entitlement status
• Purchase acknowledgement status
• Purchase token
• Purchase time

6. DATA SHARING
DetailQuote does not sell the contents of your business profile, customer information, vehicle information or quotations.
Information may be processed by Google when you use:
• Firebase Analytics, after enabling Usage Analytics
• Google AdMob and its advertising partners
• Google’s User Messaging Platform
• Google Play Billing
Information may also be shared with another application or person when you deliberately use Android’s sharing functions to share a quotation or PDF.
7. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION
Locally stored App information normally remains on your device until you edit it, clear DetailQuote’s application data or uninstall the App.
Generated PDFs remain wherever you saved or shared them until you delete them from that location.
You can stop optional Analytics collection through the Usage Analytics setting. Advertising privacy choices can be reviewed through the Privacy choices option when it is available.
Third-party information processed by Google is retained according to Google’s applicable policies and settings.
8. DATA SECURITY
DetailQuote uses reasonable technical measures to protect information handled by the App. However, no device, storage system or electronic transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
You are responsible for protecting your device and deciding who receives PDFs or quotations you create.
9. CHILDREN
DetailQuote is intended for business and professional use and is not directed at children under 13.
10. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
This Privacy Policy may be updated when DetailQuote’s functionality, legal requirements or third-party services change. The latest version will display an updated revision date.
