Dianna's love language is providing sweet treats for others to enjoy, and boy-oh-boy is she good at it! Because of Dianna's own gluten-sensitivity, she has made it her baking purpose to specialize in both
traditional and gluten-free offerings on ALL of her products.

Dianna operates her business out of her home in Garden Ridge, Texas, and strictly complies with all
Texas Cottage Food Laws, including holding a state-approved, ANSI/ANAB-accredited Food Handler License.

Dianna's Desserts:
From Labor of Love to Call for Change

As a mom of three boys, Dianna is no slouch in the kitchen! Her love of baking led her to begin her small business in 2022, providing sweet treats for family, friends, and other clients in the central Texas region.

Although well-practiced in making a number of desserts, Dianna became increasingly aware as to how few options are offered to those with special dietary needs, such as gluten free, or allergen free. She noticed friends and loved ones having to go without yummy treats during gatherings, in order to steer clear of items that might not align with their dietary requirements. She also noted that when gluten free or allergen free treats were offered, they largely went untouched due to their taste (or lack thereof).

In early 2025, Dianna decided to focus her baking business more around those with special dietary requirements, while still making treats that everyone wants to enjoy. Her mission is simple: to create desserts that are both DELICIOUS and INCLUSIVE, removing the stigma from special dietary needs, and satisfying every sweet-tooth!
