Here is all the info from Noce:

Address: Noce is located downtown at 1326 Walnut St., on a double block between 13th and 15th Streets.

Parking: NEW Fall 2018 - Walnut Street parking meters are now ON until 9pm. For those meters, you'll either need coins or a special citySmartCard that you can add $ to (scroll down on that site for SmartCard purchase locations). That said, there is metered parking all around Noce for a couple blocks. The best option after loading up is probably the Nationwide garage at 12th and Walnut, which is FREE to the public after 6pm.

Arrival/Load: We generally like to have the intermission band arrive between 6:15-45, before the first DMBB set, so that you can get decent parking spots and you're settled in before the DMBB first set starts. You'll enter in the front right door of Noce and let the host know who you are. Head to house left wall. You guys should set stuff in the stage right hallway with the big mirrors (go through the house left door to Backstage and it's right there). If nothing is going on in the large Backstage room, then it’s ok to warm up there.

NEW - Seating: the house left enclosed seated area is all yours until you leave at 9pm.

Cost - admission is free for performers and directors. Otherwise $12 adults, $5 students. Tix can (and usually SHOULD, based on recent sellouts) be purchased in advance online on Noce’s site. In a pinch, folks may be able to pay at the door and save the online fee, but there's a risk of standing room only...if there’s a special guest artist, or it's near holidays, a sellout is likely, so rule of thumb is that purchasing online is recommended.

Performance time, set up: Your set time will be approximately from 8:15-45. If you have special instrument set up (e.g. vibes), let me know. DMBB sets are generally 7-8:10, & 8:50-10. Our horns are 4-4-5 (tpt-bone-sax). If you have a 5th trumpet or bone, we can add a stand/chair after our first set, no problem. The stage is a little bit of a tight fit, with pretty much no ability for brass soloists to come out front. So trumpets have two mics to share for solos, and bones have one. We typically have 1-2 mics on stands for saxes, as some use wireless. Let me know if you need another mic or two there, and I'll see what our Noce sound guy can do. He should have at least one, if not two more mics for saxes. It's fine for your bass & guitar players to use our amps. If your kids have their own patch cords, that's better, but if you need an assist there (if someone forgets and needs to use our guys', etc), just let me know. Also it’s cool for your drummer to play the Noce drums. Just bring sticks. And they are particular about cymbals, their own preferred cymbals if they want to. The kit is otherwise ready to jump on and play. The sound guy can set up a mic up front by the piano if you have vibes, a vocalist, etc.

Food/Drinks: Noce does not have a kitchen. There is a snack plate with some mixed crunchies, salted caramel chocolates, a cheese plate with olives, and they have mini desserts, but those would be the only food items. Some bands bring in pizzas, which is fine, but Noce needs to know in advance for that, and they can usually set you up in the Backstage room. Drinks at Noce for performing students/directors are 1/2 price. Make sure they mention they're performing. If you need actual dinner choices, there is food around as well (if you look in most map apps and zoom in, you'll see Noce proximity), including the Grumpy Goat at 13th and Walnut, and a nice little place called The Walnut (used to be a much-loved food cart then they went brick and mortar) or Exile Brewery, both of which are just a few doors to the west of Noce. And then you got your Jimmy John's, Fighting Burrito, Smokey D's BBQ, and more upscale/sit down spots on Locust like Django and Americana. And from 10th to 9th Streets off Mulberry, there's Akebono Japanese, Bubba (Southern comfort fare) and Malo (kind of funky Latin) near/at the Des Moines Social Club at 9th & Mulberry.

Reminder that Noce goes 21+ only, after 9pm: Des Moines city policy currently holds us to this time-specific age restriction. Though we don't see it being monitored closely, we don't like to take chances, so you'll want to come pretty close to that with your exit afterwards. Sorry - we aren't fond of this policy. Hoping Noce can score an exemption sometime in the future.
