Who: Jazz Band and Drum Line

What: Alumni Banquet

When:

• May 10, 2019
• Call time in Band Room is 3:30
• Bus pick up is 4:30
• Play time as close to 5:30 as possible
• Drumline pick up is at 5:15 in the band room.
• Drumline and Jazz Band eat between 6:30-7:00.
• Program starts and Fight/School Song at 7:30
• We will come back via bus as soon as we are done.

Where: Start at East. Bus to Veteran's Memorial Auditorium. Bus back to East

Details:

• Attire: All black with a splash of red
• We will play our full set
• The bus will have a built-in lift for heavy equipment
• We will have some help moving equipment through the building via golf cart
• Event is intended for those financially supporting the EHS Alumni Foundation
