  • 5:30 Set up
  • 6:00 Start time
  • 9:00 Clean up
  • 10:00 Be out of band room
• What to bring:
  • Snacks, drinks
  • Comfy clothes and possibly comfy folding chairs/bean bag chairs. Make sure your body is well covered. It's still winter in the band room.
  • Gaming consoles, laptops, devices. Think twice about bringing a full sized TV. Projectors are a good idea if you have them.
• Notes
  • Projector at front of room is for groups.
  • Thering might bring an airpopper and popcorn stuff.
  • Thering may be able to squeeze another projector out of the main office.
  • Be considerate: No sharing blankets or more-than-friendly contact.
  • Be nice: No bad language or bad treatment of classmates.
  • Locker rooms and practice rooms will be locked for supervision and safety purposes.
